The SafeZone training was very eye-opening. It was the definition of cultural competence. Also, we helped assist the Bear Pantry, which is a great resource open to all MSU staff and students.
Volunteered and operated as a field technician at the Nature Institute a non-profit nature conservancy in Alton/Godfrey IL, learned about conservation practices.
That was good experience for me to know more oganization that helps the new born baby in order to improve community around Springfield.

I got to meet and talk to a lot of different individuals. All of the workers were super nice and made sure we all had something to do. All of the individuals who come are so thankful.
Great atmosphere awesome people. Had a blast here would love to go again.
